7 wounded, a large fire and damaged civilian buildings: the Russian Federation massively shelled Kherson
The deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, reported that the Russian occupiers had once again staged a large-scale shelling of the liberated Kherson.
According to his information, among the affected objects are the premises where representatives of the Red Cross work.
– A serious fire broke out due to shelling. Rescuers are working… The enemy knew where to strike. During the shelling of the same building in mid-December, a volunteer and member of the Red Cross rapid response unit, Viktoria Yaryshko, died, he wrote in his Telegram.
Meanwhile, the head of Kherson RMA, Yaroslav Yanushevich, clarified that according to the latest information, 7 people were injured as a result of the Russian shelling, one of whom is in serious condition.
All the victims were hospitalized.
– The enemy also targeted the rehabilitation center for children with disabilities. Windows and doors were broken in the building, and the wall was damaged. Russian shells fell near the premises of the student dormitory. Private and multi-apartment buildings were also shelled, – he enumerated.
In addition, an object of critical infrastructure of Kherson was attacked – the building of the enterprise and the surrounding area were destroyed.
