Don’t tell me about values if we don’t help Ukraine: the world’s reaction to the Russian strike on a house in the Dnipro

After the massive Russian missile attack on the cities of Ukraine, Dnipro suffered the most severe consequences, where an enemy missile hit a residential high-rise building.
As of the evening of January 15, it is known that at least 30 people died and more than 70 were injured as a result of the act of terror by the Russian Federation, and about 30 more people may be under the rubble of the destroyed building.
The international community, as well as Western politicians, diplomats and public figures, condemned Saturday’s missile attack by Russia.
What was the world’s reaction to the Russian missile attack on the Dnipro on January 14 – read in the material on ICTV Fakty.
Former Belgian Prime Minister and MEP Guy Verhofstadt called on Western powers to resolutely respond to Russian terror. On his Twitter page, he wrote that it is necessary to radically strengthen sanctions against the Russian Federation and send frozen money from the Russian Central Bank to Ukraine.
– After today’s terrorist attack in Russia, let’s abandon additional sanctions and move on to one:
– against all Western companies and persons dealing with Russia;
– Navalny’s list of 6,700 people close to Putin;
– send the frozen €300 billion of the Russian Central Bank directly to Ukraine! – he wrote and added a photo of a mutilated building in Dnipro.
After Russia's terror attack today, let’s give up on incremental sanctions & go for one set:

– Navalny's list of 6.700 Putin cronies;

The administration of the President of the United States condemned the Russian attacks on January 14 and the destruction of a residential building in Dnipro. The comment of the representative of the White House was spread by the American TV channel CNN.
– These strikes are yet another example of the brutal and barbaric war Russia is waging, striking vital Ukrainian infrastructure that provides light and heat to the Ukrainian civilian population… We will continue our work to hold Russian forces accountable for their war crimes and crimes, – the statement says.
Also, the US ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink condemned the attacks of the Russian Federation, who called the Russian attack on the Dnieper “terrible”.
– Terrible. My thoughts are with those affected and with those who are doing so much to help. Additional security assistance continues to arrive to help Ukraine defend itself, she wrote on Twitter in response to news of the death toll.
Жахливо. Мої думки з постраждалими та з тими, хто докладає так багато зусиль, щоб надати допомогу. Додаткова безпекова допомога продовжує надходити, щоб допомогти Україні захиститися. https://t.co/1dOmps22ME

The ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Linas Linkevicius, was indignant that Western weapons were arriving in Ukraine too slowly and not in the quantities that could have stopped Russia’s attacks.
– Russian Nazis can bomb Kyiv with impunity, but Ukrainians cannot get long-range artillery, cannot get tanks and fighter jets to liberate occupied and annexed territories, because someone thinks that this can be a provocation? Absurdity. #FreeLeopards, #ATACMS,” he wrote.

Andrew Michta, an American political scientist and dean of the College of International and Security Studies at the George Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Germany, says that now is the moment when Western countries cannot delay and transfer weapons to Ukraine right now.
– If we can’t help Ukraine defend itself and defeat the Russian invaders, please don’t tell me more about “our values”, “the rule of law” or our “rules-based international order”. This war is a system-transforming war, so let’s have the courage to do the right thing: arm Ukraine now. Enough said, – he wrote on Twitter.

The German Foreign Ministry said that after the January 14 attacks, the Russians must be brought to justice.
– The 325th day of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine: another day of Russian bomb terror, shelling of the civilian population, Russian war crimes. We firmly stand by Ukraine and support it in the military, economic, humanitarian and political spheres.
Those responsible for these crimes must be brought to justice – from the Russian soldiers who rape and fire rockets at houses in the Dnipro, to the leadership that gives the orders. This is one of the reasons why (German Minister of Foreign Affairs, – Ed.) Analena Burbok is leaving for The Hague tomorrow, – the message says.
