In a conversation between the two occupiers intercepted by Ukrainian intelligence, one of them is surprised that the second has only “convicts” left among his personnel, who, in turn, are rapidly decreasing in number.

– How many people do you have? How many? 17? And why so little, something I didn’t understand? So these are only prisoners, you call me, what the hell is there to bet on? I gave you 20 convicts … Do you have only convicts ? Where are all the old people? – The occupier asks.
