Zelenskyy: There are positive decisions on fighter jets for Ukraine that remained behind the scenes
During a press conference in Brussels on February 9, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that there are already some positive decisions regarding fighter jets that have been made behind the scenes.
– “There are certain positive decisions regarding fighter jets that have remained behind the scenes, I don’t want to fully prepare the Russian Federation,” the president said.
He added that after his visit to the UK, there has been progress in providing Ukraine with long-range weapons.
As a reminder, on February 8, Volodymyr Zelenskyy paid an unannounced visit to the UK, following which London promised to train Ukrainian marines and pilots.
He also introduced new personal sanctions against a number of Russians and several Russian companies.
