The Russian Federation is suffering staggering losses, but Putin is not interested in negotiations – Blinken

Despite the fact that the Russian army is suffering staggering losses on the battlefield, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin still does not want diplomacy.
This was announced by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken at a briefing.
According to him, the war against Ukraine continues to be a strategic defeat for Putin. He failed to overthrow the Ukrainian government, capture Ukraine or break the will of its people. The dictator lost the battles for Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson. In addition, the Russian army suffers staggering losses on the battlefield.
Blinken noted that NATO is stronger and more united than ever.
– Putin has no real interest in diplomacy now, as he demands to “recognize new territorial realities”, i.e. to come to terms with the seizure of Ukrainian territory, – he emphasized.
The US Secretary of State also added that the best way to accelerate the prospects for real diplomacy is to continue tilting the battlefield in favor of Ukraine.
