Zelenskyy and Latvian President Levits arrived in Lviv

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska, as well as President of the Republic of Latvia Egils Levits and his wife Andra Levite arrived in Lviv.
They laid flowers at the graves of Ukrainian soldiers in the Field of Honorable Burials of the Lychakiv Cemetery.
Zelenskyy also visited one of the hospitals in the Lviv region, where wounded Ukrainian defenders who fought, in particular, in the Bakhmut direction, are being treated, and presented state awards to the servicemen.
Mortarmen, gunners, anti-aircraft gunners, grenade launchers and combat medics received the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree and For courage III degree.
For the provision of qualified medical care to soldiers, the president awarded the Orders of Danylo Halytsky to representatives of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
