They are afraid and “preparing for defense”: the occupiers are installing an additional fence at ZNPP

The Russian occupation forces are installing an additional fence near the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant to fence off its entrances.
The press service of Energoatom reported this.
Now, buses that transport ZNPP personnel to work will no longer run to the last point of the route, as the new fence will be an obstacle.
Rashists are installing it on the approaches to the administrative building of the nuclear power plant. They have already started digging there.
– The occupiers are installing an additional fence to fence off the entrances to the ZNPP. From now on, employees of Zaporizhzhia NPP will not drive directly to the plant, as they always did, but will have to walk part of the way, – the company said.
Shuttle buses drop off ZNPP employees before reaching the station, and people must walk. According to Energoatom, the occupiers are allegedly preparing the nuclear power plant “for defense.”
– The Nazis are actually expanding the closed perimeter around the plant, allegedly preparing it for defense. Simply put: they are so afraid that they do not stop even before illegal construction on the territory of a nuclear facility,” the statement said.
Energoatom clarified that no fences of the occupiers would prevent the return of Zaporizhzhia NPP under the control of Ukraine.
Recently, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi announced the intensification of hostilities near the occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP, which increases the likelihood of an accident at the plant. Russian troops seized the plant in early March 2022.
On March 29, Grossi visited Zaporizhzhia NPP for the second time during the occupation.
Recently, the occupiers kidnapped four more employees of the Zaporizhzhia NPP and took them to an unknown destination.
