The occupiers set up a military base in Mariupol, transfer equipment and reserves, and increase patrolling of the city.
Petro Andrіyshchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, wrote about this in his Telegram.
– Regular movements of heavy equipment from the Novoazovsk direction to the Mariupol district. At least three tanks on tractors and two tractors with combat vehicles were recorded, – he wrote.
The adviser notes that the occupiers are transferring reservists to the front near Volnovakha and Vuhledar.
– At the same time in the village Yalta of the Mariupol district, the Buryat reserve was transferred through Mariupol-Novazovsk-Granitne-Volnovakha to the front in the Volnovakha/Vuhledar district.
The overturning was accompanied by the movement of trucks with ammunition during Saturday-Sunday. Fuel and lubricants in the direction of Mangush/Berdyansk and Nikolske/Rozivka without changes in quantity, – Andriyshchenko said.
It is also noted that the Russian army is intensifying regime measures in the area of the intersection of Metalurgiv Lane and Nikopolskyi Lane.
He connects such increased patrolling and mobile checkpoints with the new stage of work at the Ilyich plant regarding the arrangement of the military base.
