Russian occupants are mining not only the coastline and the area near Zaporizhzhia NPP, but also other areas near Enerhodar ahead of the Ukrainian counteroffensive.

This was stated by the mayor of Enerhodar, Dmytro Orlov.

– “Until now, only the coastline and the area around the perimeter of the nuclear power plant were mined, but now they have moved on to mining the surrounding villages, forest belts, and plantations. They are afraid of a counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and are trying to protect themselves,” he said.
