Ukrainian Armed Forces advance in two directions: Defence Ministry on fighting in Bakhmut district
In the epicenter of the fighting in the Bakhmut sector, the situation is developing dynamically. Ukrainian soldiers are gradually advancing, driving the Russian army as far away as possible.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Hanna Malyar. According to her, in the suburbs of Bakhmut, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are advancing in two directions.
– There will be no correct figures now because there are active hostilities. Our troops are destroying the enemy and have already taken many prisoners, – assures the deputy head of the Ministry of Defence.
Malyar claims that the situation in the city itself is much more complicated. However, she noted that thanks to the competent planning of the command and the courage of our soldiers, the enemy is not able to take control of Bakhmut.
