A fire broke out in Mykolaiv after the explosions, one person was injured
At least three explosions were heard in Mykolaiv.
This was reported by the Fakty ICTV correspondent from the city.
Prior to this, the city had not announced an air raid alert, sirens started sounding immediately after the explosions.
The head of the Mykolayiv Regional military administration, Vitaly Kim , confirmed the information about the explosions, calling for “careful” attitude to the air alert. In particular, Kim’s appeal concerned the residents of Mykolaiv’s Ingul district.
The mayor of the city, Oleksandr Senkеvych , confirmed that Russia had hit objects on the territory of Mykolaiv.
– We have fires after explosions. I ask the residents of Mykolaiv not to distribute photos/videos from the places of attacks or from surveillance cameras, – he wrote.
He noted that currently all services are working, and official information will be provided after the alarm is lifted.
Vitaly Kim later added that one object was hit, where the fire is currently being contained.
The head of the Regional Military Administration also reported that an ambulance was called after the explosion.
– The woman received a shrapnel wound, – he added.
Vitaly Kim later reported that a supermarket, probably in Mykolaiv, was fired upon as a result of the Russian attack.
-I will still outline one of the military goals of the Russians, – he wrote ironically.
