National Security and Defence Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov has said that the Russian explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station is a fundamentally new stage of Russian aggression.
He wrote about this on Twitter.
– “There has been a complete and final dismantling of the entire false ideological Kremlin construct: “liberation of Ukraine”, “fight against the Nazis”, “targeting only military targets” and other purely propagandistic and false theses. Russia has entered the stage of openly declaring its true goal – the destruction of Ukraine, the killing of Ukrainians, the destruction of the economy and the structures of life support of the population,” the statement said.
According to Danilov, “in anticipation of the inevitable disappearance of Russia and Putin (Russian dictator Vladimir Putin – Ed.) from history, false masks are no longer needed.”

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the National Security and Defence Council had instructed to evacuate the risk areas and provide drinking water to all towns and villages that used water from the Kakhovka reservoir.
In addition, a set of international and security measures was agreed upon to bring Russia to justice for this terrorist attack.
