The President of Lithuania came to Kyiv with an unannounced visit

On Wednesday, June 28, the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda arrived in Kyiv with an unannounced visit.
This was reported by the press service of the head of Lithuania.
It is noted that Nauseda will meet with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and take part in the events on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine.
– The head of Lithuania will discuss with Zelenskyy the agenda of the NATO summit in Vilnius in July, as well as the issue of Ukraine’s negotiations on membership in the European Union, Lithuania’s and the European Union’s assistance to Ukraine, – the message says.
In addition, the Lithuanian leader announced on Twitter this morning that Lithuania has purchased two NASAMS launchers that will be transferred to Ukraine.

Nauseda arrived in Kyiv from The Hague, where yesterday at a meeting of the heads of seven states, he discussed further support for Ukraine. From Kyiv, the President of Lithuania will go to Brussels, where the meeting of the summit of European leaders will begin on June 29.
