Counteroffensive of the Armed Forces: 193 square kilometers of Ukrainian territories were liberated in three directions
Over the past week, the Defense Forces advanced more than 1 km in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions. And in general, since the beginning of the offensive in these directions, it was possible to return 8.6 km of our territories.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the past week, more than 10 square kilometers of Ukrainian land were liberated in the south of Ukraine.
Since the beginning of the offensive in the Melitopol and Berdyansk directions, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have liberated 169 square kilometers from the Russian invaders – this is approximately the area of the city of Odesa. Currently, demining is being carried out in these territories.
Last week, in the Bakhmut region, the Armed Forces liberated 4 square kilometers from the Russian invaders. In general, the freed area in the Bakhmut direction is 24 square kilometers.
