Forming a “fist of fire”: Ukraine prepares for a new wave of counter-offensive

Western analysts suggest that the situation on the battlefield may soon change.
This was reported by Bild.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are currently making steady but slow progress. It is expected that there will be another wave of counterattacks, during which it will be possible to make effective progress.
In fact, German journalists refer to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. According to the head of our state, the Armed Forces are still acting cautiously, but they are managing to carry out demining activities faster and faster.
Zelenskyy said that the counter-offensive should have started much sooner, but the reason for its delay was that our army did not receive enough weapons from the West and did not have the necessary number of trained personnel.
This bought time for the enemy – he managed to mine a large part of the territory.
– “I believe that today we are approaching the moment when the relevant measures (for demining – Ed.) can be carried out faster, as we are reaching certain milestones in demining,” Zelenskyy said.
According to experts, these words indicate that a new wave of attacks will begin in certain areas of the frontline, as demining will be more successful.
In particular, Western weapons will continue to play an important role in this process and will affect Ukraine’s ability to launch and sustain large-scale counter-offensives.
The analysts also quoted US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken as saying that it is too early to draw conclusions about the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ counteroffensive and that Ukraine has not yet deployed all the forces prepared against the occupiers.
At the same time, according to Bild, the Ukrainian army is forming a “fire fist” of Western weapons.
