Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminate chief of staff of 810th Marine Brigade of the Russian Federation in Zaporizhzhia
On 17 August, the pseudo-governor of occupied Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, posted on Telegram about the burial of the Chief of Staff of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces, Deputy Commander of the Logistics Battalion, Major Yuri Pavlov.
According to him, he died in hospital from injuries sustained in the Zaporizhzhia sector.
Pavlov is a native of Novoivanivka, Luhansk region. He graduated from a military school in the Far East and moved to Sevastopol in 2009, where he served in the 810th Marine Brigade and took part in Russian special operations in Syria.
Pavlov was appointed Chief of Staff of the brigade in October 2022.
Since the beginning of the great war, Russia’s total combat losses have reached 256,510 killed, of which 460 were killed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the last day.
