Thermal imagers and drones cannot see: Ukraine has created an invisibility cloak for the Armed Forces
Ukrainian inventors have created a unique invisibility cloak for the Defense Forces, which is invisible to thermal imagers and drones.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov showed a sample of the new development, which passed successful tests in the field, in a video.
According to him, the cloak blocks the radiation of heat and makes the fighters invisible to the enemy, which is especially relevant for our snipers or groups of Special Operations Forces performing combat missions.
– The design is compact and light – weight up to 2.5 kg. It has high protection against rain and wet snow. Also, the raincoat does not burn and protects against high temperatures. The invisibility cloak is just one of the developments that will help save the lives of our soldiers at the front, – Fedorov emphasized.
