The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that the Russian military mines critical infrastructure facilities in the occupied territory of the Kherson region.
The occupiers are burying explosives near stationary gas distribution points, electric substations and other critical infrastructure facilities.
The Main Intelligence Directorate believes that the invaders are likely to want to destroy elements of critical infrastructure when they have to flee.
