A prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine was to take place on Wednesday, January 24.

A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Andriy Yusov, said this in a commentary to Radio Liberty.

– “But I can state that the exchange planned for today is not taking place,” he said.
