Russia`s intentions are to create a major food crisis in the world – Denys Shmyhal, Prime Minister of Ukraine
On Friday, April 1, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal said that Russia wants to create a major food crisis in the world.
– Russia’s intentions are obvious. Following the energy crisis that led to Russia’s actions late last year and early this year in Europe and the world, their task now is to create a major food crisis in the world. They really do. They are currently destroying part of the granaries in Ukraine, closing the export of grain from Ukrainian ports due to the sea blockade, – said Shmyhal on the air of the national telethon.
He added that in any case, Ukraine together with partners will find a way to act to ensure the export of Ukrainian grain and other products.
Prime Minister added that today the situation with products in Ukraine is stable.
Shmyhal also said that sowing has already begun in 21 regions of the country.
