A new round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia has begun – Podolyak
Adviser to the head of the President’s Office Mykhailo Podolyak confirmed that negotiations with Russia have now begun, the next round of which was previously announced for April 1.
Negotiations are held online, with the connection of subgroups, – he said.
The previous round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia took place on March 29 in Istanbul. It was an official meeting of delegations.
Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich was also present at these negotiations. Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the President’s Office, called him an effective mediator in terms of logistics.
That is, according to him, Abramovich partially moderates the process so that there is no misunderstanding – when one side says something and the other understands it in another way.
