Russia must answer for the “referendums”: Ukraine calls UN Security Council meeting

Ukraine demands an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council over the holding of pseudo-referendums in the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
This was reported by the spokesman of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Oleh Nikolenko.
According to him, the Russian Federation must be punished for holding fake referendums on the territory of sovereign Ukraine.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden strongly stated that the United States of America would never recognize the results of fake referendums in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
