Відповідатиме кожен, хто чинив злочини в Криму: Ташева пояснила, що буде після деокупації

On the instruction of the President, the work on the strategy of restoration of Crimea after de-occupation continues, one of the points of which is bringing to justice, amnesty and lustration, Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Tamila Tasheva said at a briefing.

– In order to elaborate the priority steps of the state in the de-occupied Crimea, a working group with 36 experts has been established on the basis of the Mission, who are working on the restoration of the functioning of public authorities and recruitment of personnel, she stressed.

According to her, military and civil-military administrations will be established during the transition period.

– Bringing to justice is the second point, and the issue of amnesty and lustration. Anyone who committed war crimes or crimes against humanity in Crimea, who persecuted activists, journalists or other our citizens for political reasons, who robbed the inhabitants of the peninsula, took away their access to natural resources, who engaged in Russian propaganda or prepared children for service in the Russian army,” Tasheva explained.

First of all, we are talking about high-ranking officials of the occupation administrations who made managerial decisions, she added and stressed that most of our citizens who did not commit crimes, of course, will not bear responsibility.
