Zelenskyy proposed to hold a summit of the “peace plan” in one of the EU capitals

In a video address to EU leaders during the summit in Brussels, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposed holding a summit on the peace plan in one of the European capitals.
This was reported by Radio Liberty correspondent Rikard Jozwiak.
He noted that Zelensky said that he wanted to organize a “peace plan summit” in Kyiv, but understood that it might be difficult for everyone to come to Ukraine, so he asked if it was possible to hold such a summit in the capital of an EU country.
Politico writes that Zelenskyy’s video address to EU leaders on Thursday, March 23, lasted about 10 minutes. According to a European official, the essence of Zelenskyy’s message to EU leaders was as follows: Speed up the delivery of weapons, otherwise the war will drag on.
According to The Guardian, Zelenskyy warned European leaders about five factors that could prolong the war, including delays in the delivery of long-range missiles, the lack of modern aircraft, and weaknesses in Western sanctions.
At the meeting, EU leaders plan to approve the joint purchase of ammunition, which was agreed last week.
