Ukraine is ready for a counter-offensive – Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal that Ukraine is ready to launch a counter-offensive.
– I believe that today we are ready to do it, – he said.
According to him, despite the fact that the Ukrainian army has not received all the weapons it had hoped for, it cannot wait any longer.
At the same time, the Head of State noted that he could not say how long the operation would take.
– We believe in success! I don’t know how long it will take us, – Zelensky added.
The day before, in an evening video address, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine was preparing new brigades from north to south, amassing forces.
On the same day, the head of state stressed that Russia and its troops would feel when a Ukrainian counter-offensive was coming. And its result should be the liberation of the occupied territories from the Russian invaders.
