People have been living in bomb shelters for more than 50 days: occupiers destroy the city of Popasna in Luhansk region
The city of Popasna, Luhansk region, was practically destroyed by Russian invaders, and positional fighting did not stop.
This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai. According to him, the situation in the city resembles Mariupol, as the occupiers act according to one scenario.
– Popasna is a complete ruin. Not captured, so destroyed. Every day – day and night Popasna under enemy fire. Positional battles do not stop. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are beating the orcs, and they are finding more and more “cannon fodder”.
Gaidai added that Popasna locals have been living in bomb shelters for more than 50 days. Evacuation is disrupted almost every day due to constant shelling, access to the city is difficult.
It should be noted that the full-scale war in Ukraine has been going on for 53 days.
