Occupiers steal Scythian gold from Melitopol museum – Mayor Fedorov

Russian occupiers loot the Melitopol Museum of Local History. The most valuable exhibits in the collection are Scythian gold. There is a threat that it will simply be taken out of the Crimea.
About this said the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov.
– The main exhibits of our museum – Scythian gold – are under the threat of being taken out of the Crimea. Just today, an expert from the Crimea was brought there to appreciate our Scythian gold. But I am sure that we will be able to save gold, and after the liberation of Melitopol – to breathe new life into our historical place – the Museum of Local History, – said the mayor of Melitopol.
According to Ivan Fedorov, the occupiers are also robbing utilities. More than 1 million UAH was withdrawn from Teplo-Melitopol accounts.
Earlier it was reported that the museum management hid the exhibits, but the occupiers found them. It is about more than 1800 exhibits.
