Fast capture of the Kherson region became possible because of the betrayal of SSU employee Sadokhin
The Head of the Kherson regional council, Oleksandr Samoilenko, told who committed state treason in the south of Ukraine, which led to the immediate occupation of the Kherson region.
According to the official, the Russians took advantage of an SSU employee who had been “recruited” beforehand.
In an interview with the Ukrinform news agency, Samoilenko said that the head of the Anti-Terrorist Center, Ihor Sadokhin, turned out to be a state traitor.
– Now, we already know about the detention of the assistant head of the Kherson SSU, the Head of the Anti-Terrorist Center, Ihor Sadokhin, who was working for the enemy. He is believed to have given the enemy a net of minefields and coordinated Russian aviation while escorting the Kherson SSU convoy to evacuation.
He was detained in March. And after the inspection, as I understand it, the President of Ukraine also dismissed Serhiy Krivoruchko, the head of the SSU in the Kherson region, and deprived him of his general rank. Police officers are working there now as well.
Today, June 18, the Operational Command South reported that due to active fighting in the Kherson region, the critical situation in all settlements of Vysokopilska, Velykooleksandrivska, Novovorontsovska communities.
There is a lack of water, electricity, gas, and medicine in these communities. Many civilians suffered, and private and infrastructure facilities were destroyed.
