The Russians fired two Onyx missiles across the Odesa region – they were destroyed by air defense

An explosion took place in Odesa on June 26. He was heard during an air raid.

Updated at 17.36. Operational Command South reported that under cover of a thunderstorm, the enemy attacked the Odesa region with two anti-ship missiles such as Onyx. They released them from the coastal missile complex Bastion, from the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

– But the air defense forces are ready at any time and in any weather: both missiles were destroyed on the approach to Odesa, – said in the OK South.

Information about the downing of Russian missiles was also confirmed by a spokesman for the head of the Odesa RMA Serhiy Bratchuk.

– On approach to Odesa the air defense unit destroyed two enemy missiles, – he wrote.

In addition, Suspilne.Odesa reported that smoke was observed over the explosion over Odesa.

It will be recalled that the Russian occupiers attacked the Cherkasy region on June 26. One person was killed and five were injured.
