Near Kherson, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a pontoon crossing of the occupiers across the Dnipro
In the Kherson region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a pontoon crossing in the Darivka area, which was set up by Russian troops. Thanks to this, the Russian army will no longer be able to use the crossing to collect military equipment or weapons.
This is reported by the Operational Command South. According to the report, units of the Armed Forces successfully hit two bridges, causing significant damage.
– Keeping the Kakhovsky and Darivskyi bridges under close fire control made it impossible for the enemy to use them to pull up equipment and ammunition. The hits are effective, and the damage is significant. The pontoon crossing set up by the occupiers in the Darivka area has been destroyed, – the Operational Command South emphasized.
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the places of concentration of the Russian military, strongholds, logistics centers, transport routes and combat positions.
During the day, the Russian Federation lost at least 201 military personnel, 12 T-72 tanks, 18 units of armored vehicles, five Msta-B howitzers and other weapons. The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed six warehouses with ammunition, which were used by the Russian army in the Kherson region to wage a full-scale war against Ukraine.
