Tickets to victory: Ukrzaliznytsia announced flights to Kherson and four occupied cities
The Ukrzaliznytsia company announced the possibility of issuing tickets for the first three flights from Kyiv to five cities in the South and East of Ukraine as part of the Tickets to Victory charity project. In particular, to already liberated Kherson, as well as Mariupol, Donetsk, Luhansk and Simferopol.
Ukrzaliznytsia noted that the ticket can be purchased and kept as a symbol of faith in the Armed Forces and the liberation of Ukraine from the occupiers, and it can be used immediately after deoccupation. As soon as the train movement is restored, the railway officials will send a message with the date and place.
– It is very gratifying to launch this project, knowing that tickets Kyiv — Kherson will be available in the near future, – the company emphasizes.
The flights will be carried out by the legendary train to victory, whose painted cars are dedicated to the feats of people in the temporarily occupied territories. You can issue such a ticket using the link shared by Ukrzaliznytsia.
All tickets are charitable – the money from their sale will be sent through the UNITED24 platform for the purchase of last-mile transport — cars that will help connect cities and towns in the de-occupied territories with the nearest railway junctions.
