Russian Federation is spinning the information about the delivery of calls and “waves” of mobilization in Ukraine – Malyar

Russia is conducting an information campaign to discredit the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers in Ukraine.
This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Malyar.
– “Even before the great invasion, every spring and fall, we recorded Russian information campaigns on the topic of “summons” and conscription. The technology has always been the same. To spin a story where a draft notice was issued to a disabled person, a deceased person, or a World War II veteran. The hero is always different, it’s all about the point. Or they would spread some wild text of a draft notice or a recruitment form. We regularly refuted this,” she wrote.
According to Malyar, the enemy has slightly complicated its technology and adds stories about strange places of delivery of calls and “waves” of mobilization.
“The Russians are trying to manipulate the fear of receiving a summons, as well as the formation of public condemnation of the work of the JCCC.
– But after a large-scale invasion, it is difficult to influence anything or anyone with these IPSOs. After all we have been through this year, it is difficult to scare people with subpoenas. The state is at stake, and everyone understands this,” said Malyar.
Regarding the condemnation of the work of the JCCC, the Deputy Minister of Defense emphasized that military commissariats are currently performing a strategically important task for the defense of the state.
– Real people work there and they can make mistakes or even commit violations. In such cases, it is necessary to act legally. And most importantly, we should not make a sensation out of this and make loud headlines,” added Hanna Malyar.
