Massive missile attack on February 16: the Russian Federation fired 34 missiles at Ukraine at night

On the night of February 16, the Russian army launched a massive missile attack on critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Unfortunately, there is a hit.
This is reported by the headquarters of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In total, the enemy launched 34 cruise missiles over Ukraine, in particular:
- 12 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles from two Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the Caspian Sea region;
- 8 Kalibr cruise missiles from a frigate in the Black Sea;
- 12 Kh-22 cruise missiles from six Tu-22M3 long-range bombers from the Kursk region;
- 2 Kh-59 guided air missiles from two Su-35 tactical aircraft from the area of occupied Melitopol.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 14 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles, Kalibr and two Kh-59 missiles.
Some of the Kh-22 cruise missiles achieved their goals, hitting critical infrastructure facilities.
Currently, the armed forces of the Armed Forces do not have any weapons capable of destroying this type of missile.
We will remind that on February 10, Russia launched 106 missiles at Ukraine: 32 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles, 74 air and sea-based cruise missiles, in particular Kalibr. The Armed Forces shot down 61 missiles.
