Despite the fact that on September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization, during which they plan to call up 300,000 reservists, Russia, most likely, will still face logistical and administrative problems.

This is reported by the intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain. The department assumes that the new formations are unlikely to be combat-ready for several months.

– Even this partial mobilization will most likely be extremely unpopular among the population of Russia. Putin is taking a significant political risk in the hope of creating the necessary combat power.

This step is actually an acknowledgment that Russia has exhausted the supply of volunteers who want to fight in Ukraine, – the intelligence explained.

We will remind, on September 21, Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in the Russian Federation. According to him, only citizens who are in the reserve, as well as those who have already served, are subject to such mobilization.

The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Serhiy Shoigu specified that a total of 300,000 reservists will be called up during the partial mobilization.
