Not only Iran: the GID named the countries from which Russia asked for weapons

Russia asked Iran, China, North Korea and possibly Kyrgyzstan to provide it with weapons that the occupation army could use for the war against Ukraine.
This was reported by the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Vadym Skibitskyi. According to him, Russia expected to receive from these countries ammunition for multiple launch rocket systems Smerch and Uragan.
Skibitsky also added that there are countries that help Russia circumvent sanctions by selling American and Japanese civilian components necessary for the creation of missiles. Among them are Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The Main Intelligence Directorate stressed that the ultra-modern weapons, which were annually demonstrated at military parades in Russia, turned out to be just a staging.
Due to the fact that Moscow cannot produce high-tech weapons on its own, it has to turn to other countries.
Earlier, the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that the Secretary of the National Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev arrived in Tehran to discuss the possible sale of Iranian ballistic missiles to Russia.
