Poland, several other countries may give Ukraine MiG-29 fighters – Bloomberg

Poland has received positive signals from several countries regarding the transfer of MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine.

This was stated by Polish government spokesman Piotr Mueller, according to the American publication Bloomberg.

He noted that Poland is also ready to make a positive decision in coordination with other partners to provide Ukraine with MiG-29 fighters.

– “We are ready to make such a decision in a group of several countries that have decided to take such a step,” the government spokesman said.

Mueller noted that Poland had received signals from other countries, but did not name them. He explained that the partners must announce the decision themselves in accordance with the procedures.

Earlier, British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said that NATO countries could provide Ukraine with MiG-29 fighter jets to combat Russian aggression.
