It became known about the death of three more Ukrainians in Israel

The number of victims among Ukrainians in Israel has increased to 21.

This was announced by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko.

According to him, there is now confirmed information about 21 dead Ukrainians, as well as one missing person. In the Gaza Strip, there were three dead ( two children and one adult), as well as six wounded, three of whom were children. Citizens have injuries of various degrees of severity, they are provided with medical assistance.

Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported the death of 19 Ukrainians and one missing person in Israel .

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, 357 Ukrainians, including 208 women, expressed their desire to evacuate from the Palestinian enclave. Ukrainian diplomats are in constant contact with people.

At the same time, the Rafah checkpoint on the border of the Gaza Strip and Egypt is currently closed, so it is not possible to leave. This applies not only to Ukrainians, but also to citizens of other countries.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine continues to work to achieve the fastest possible removal of people.

Earlier, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that the Israeli army’s ground military operation in the Gaza Strip could last three months.
