Map of hostilities on 04.05.2022 – the situation at the front line
In the past 24 hours, Russian troops have caused missile strikes on Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Zakarpattia, Odesa and Donetsk regions to destroy Ukraine’s transport infrastructure.

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy shelled with artillery and mortars on Kharkiv and Protopopivka, and in the Kutuzivka and Oleksandrivka areas, it conducted air intelligence.
Russian troops tried to attack in the direction of Dovhenkyi, unsuccessfully.
In the Donetsk and Tavriiskyi directions, the occupiers are firing on units of Ukrainian troops to restrain their actions.
In the Lyman direction, the Russian troops are attacking towards Shandrygolove, strengthening its groups and intensifying air intelligence.
They are storming Popasna, firing with aircraft on Mariupol and opening fire on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Azovstal.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the invaders were storming Orikhovo unsuccessfully.
In the Southern Bug direction, the Russian army opened fire from artillery, multiple rocket launchers and tanks along the entire line of contact to destroy the fortification equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The enemy also intensified hostilities in the area of Tomyna Balka.
The situation in the Bessarabian direction remains tense but under control.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not record any active actions of the Russians in the Volyn and Polissia areas. They also spotted no signs of the formation of offensive groups.
Units of the Armed Forces of Belarus continue to cover border areas in Brest and Homel regions.
One of their missile divisions of the 465th Missile Brigade is moving from a permanent location to the destination area to check readiness for the assigned tasks.
No signs of the formation of an offensive group were spotted in the Siverskyi direction either.
Meanwhile, to strengthen the protection of the border, in the areas of the car checkpoints in Novi Yurkovychi, Pohar and Lomakovka of the Briansk region, Russia deployed units from the Central Military District.
A full-scale war in Ukraine is lasting yet for 70 days.
