Aircraft and artillery strike: Russia tries to block Lysychansk – Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the day, Russian assault aircraft struck in the area of Lysychansk, Luhansk region.
The occupiers are trying to blockade the city from the south with the support of artillery.
Civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of Lysychansk, Vovchoyarivka, Loskutivka and Verkhnokamyanka is under enemy fire.
As of June 27, fighting continues in the Vovchoyarivka area.
Near Verkhnyokamyanka, the Defense Forces inflicted heavy losses on the enemy and forced them to retreat.
During the day the Russians also had no success during the assault in the area of Dementievka and Pitomnyk in the Kharkiv direction.
In addition, Ukrainian defenders stopped and forced the enemy to withdraw during the offensive near Berestovo and Vershina in the Bakhmut direction.
Now the army of the Russian Federation carries out arrangement of new positions, in particular, and checkpoints around Nikolaevka.
They also repulsed the assault of the Russian military of the Armed Forces in the direction of Klinovy. A sabotage and reconnaissance group was found and neutralized near Spirny and Yakovlivka.
The enemy’s attempt to advance the Ukrainian military near Maryinka was suppressed.
Ukrainian aircraft struck several successful air strikes on enemy clusters in the South Bug area.
