41,900 Russian invaders and more than 1,800 tanks have already been eliminated in Ukraine
During the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 250 Russian invaders, 10 tanks, 19 armored fighting vehicles and four air defense systems.
This is evidenced by the updated data on enemy losses, published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
The Russian army suffered the greatest losses in the Donetsk direction.
The total combat losses of the occupiers in the full-scale war against Ukraine from February 24 to August 6 approximately amounted to:
- personnel – about 41,900 people (+250 occupants per day);
- tanks – 1,802 (+10 per day); armored fighting vehicles – 4,051 (+19 per day);
- artillery systems – 955 (+5 per day);
- rocket salvo fire systems – 260 units;
- air defense equipment – 127 units (+4 per day);
- aircraft – 223;
- helicopters – 191;
- UAVs of the operational-tactical level – 744 (+2 per day);
- cruise missiles – 182;
- ships/boats – 15 units;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 2,970 units;
- special equipment – 85 units (+2 per day).
Air defense systems probably mean the four Russian S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems destroyed in southern Ukraine.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the occupiers are trying to advance in the Donetsk direction, in particular in the Bakhmut and Avdiivskyi directions. The occupiers are shelling the territory of the region with the help of aviation.
