The United States allocates $675 million in additional military aid to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden approved a $675 million military aid package to Ukraine.
This was announced by US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin during the opening of a meeting in support of Ukraine’s Ramstein-5.
According to him, within a few weeks after the last meeting of the contact group, more than $6 billion has already been allocated to strengthen Ukraine’s defense potential.
– Aid to Ukraine will only continue. In particular, we are talking about an additional $600 million. The administration of the US president has been actively working since October last year to provide assistance to Ukraine, – Austin said.
He specified that the assistance includes 105-mm howitzers, artillery ammunition, HARM missiles, Humvees, armored ambulances, small arms.

The head of the US Defense Ministry added that they are already developing new aid packages for Ukraine.
