– There were no UAVs used today, no kamikaze drones. As the pilots told me, today are unfavorable conditions for their use. Only cruise missiles were flying today… The Dniester HPP was attacked by a missile. Only, probably, not by one, – Ignat said.

He clarified that the dam of the hydroelectric power plant “cannot be broken just like that”. Ignat also drew attention to the fact that today the Air Force shot down most of the missiles launched by the Russian Federation, which prevented catastrophic consequences for the infrastructure. He clarified that the Russians are attacking the entire territory of Ukraine.

Commenting on the information that appeared in the network about a possible attack on the Dnipro HPP and Kremenchuk HPP, Yuriy Ihnat said that he had no information about it yet.

– The Air Force can say something about what was flying in the direction (of a certain object – Ed.), but I do not have such information yet – he explained.

He added that details of possible damage or details of the attack should be announced by local authorities.

Earlier today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova informed that in the morning of October 31, a Russian missile fell in the north of the country, which was shot down by Ukrainian air defense. In addition, the ministry, citing data from the Ukrainian authorities, reported that Russian troops attacked the dam of the Dniester HPP-1 today.
