They do not give up a single centimeter: Malyar about ousting the enemy from Ukrainian land
Ukrainian troops are actively defending the frontline and gradually pushing the enemy out of the occupied territories.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Hanna Malyar during the telethon “United News”.
She stressed that it is extremely important to be critical of the information provided by the Russians.
– War is, in particular, the art of deceiving the enemy. And we must understand that, on the one hand, the Russians allegedly demonstrate actions to withdraw certain forces and means, and on the other hand, we see that they continue to develop the temporarily occupied territories, for example, preparing their measures for their integration into the Russian space,” Malyar said.
In her opinion, this is why such information should not be taken unambiguously, it should be analyzed in conjunction with other data. Malyar also stressed that the dynamics of the war is different.
– There are periods when the intensity of hostilities is very high, when we saw instant advance and liberation of our territories. There are other phases of the war, like now, when there is an active defense. And our victory lies in the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not surrender a single centimeter of Ukrainian land during an active offensive,” Malyar said.
She specified that there are also areas on the frontline where Ukrainian servicemen are pushing the enemy out of the occupied territories.
– As soon as it is possible to talk about everything, we will report about it… We are ousting both in the south and in the east in certain regions… In particular, in the east there are regions where we are gradually but surely ousting the enemy,” she stressed.
The day before, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that all 20 HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, which the United States handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, are intact and continue to operate at the front.
