It is difficult for the Russian Federation to resume ground operations: British intelligence has named the reason

Ammunition shortages limit the Russian military’s potential to resume effective large-scale ground operations.

This assumption was expressed on December 2 in the intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain.

The British Ministry of Defense is certain: the logistical problems of the Russians intensified after they withdrew from the western bank of the Dnipro River in November.

Watching now

After the retreat of the occupiers in the Kherson region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine had an opportunity to strike additional Russian logistical nodes and communication lines.

This threat likely prompted Russian logisticians to move supply hubs, including rail transshipment points, further to the South and East.

So now Russian logistics units have additional time-consuming tasks – to load and unload their supplies from rail transport to road transport.

The Russians are now having trouble with how to get the equipment or ammunition they need to their advanced defensive positions, so as not to come under the fire of Ukrainian artillery on the way.

The full-scale war in Ukraine has been going on for the 282nd day.
