Before the end of winter, Ukrainian defenders will be able to reach the demarcation line of the Luhansk region, which existed until February 24, and during 2023 the Armed Forces will be able to liberate the entire region.

The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Gaidai, made such a forecast on Radio NV.

According to him, it is necessary to take into account the extent to which the occupiers in the region prepared and how much forces and resources they brought to Luhansk region.

– I would really like for us to go to Kreminna on New Year’s Eve. I am sure that at the end of winter we can already go to the borders of the demarcation line, where the occupation has been since 2014, and eventually liberate the entire Luhansk region in 2023, – he said.

Serhiy Gaidai added that Ukrainian military leaders are “much smarter and more literate than their opponents from Russia.”

Earlier, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported that Ukrainian children and teenagers from the occupied region are being taken to Russia and, in particular, to Chechnya under various pretexts, where they are being brainwashed.
