The Russian Federation will send trained in Belarus mobilized to the front, but their combat capability is limited – British intelligence

Russia has probably completed the training of the 2nd Guards Motorized Rifle Division in Belarus. Military personnel were trained from the fall of 2022. Most of the military returned to the Russian Federation, after which they will almost certainly be transferred to the front in Ukraine.
This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain.
– This division is part of the 1st Guards Tank Army, which suffered heavy losses at the start of the full-scale invasion. Now it consists mainly of mobilized Russians who use old equipment. Their combat capability is likely to be limited, despite several weeks of training, – the report says.
British intelligence notes that there is a real possibility that other Russian units are rotating through Belarus for similar training, and that the Russian Federation will continue to use this model to rebuild and train units to support its forces in Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that the occupying forces needed time to prepare for a new offensive of the Russian Federation from the territory of Belarus. Currently, the border guards do not see a threat of invasion, but Ukrainian intelligence will have time to react to the danger.
