Нaidai about the preparation of the Russian Federation for the offensive in Luhansk Region: The enemy is looking for weak points in our defense
The situation in Luhansk region remains difficult, but fully under control. At the same time, the occupiers are trying to find weak points in our defense, so they increased the number of shelling and attacks in the direction of Svatove – Kreminna.
Serhii Нaidai, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, stated this on the air of the telethon.
According to him, this actually confirms the enemy’s plans for an offensive in the eastern direction in February.
– We are waiting for the end of training in February at various training bases of those occupiers who were recently recruited throughout the Russian Federation. Just about two or three weeks for them to finish their studies, and a few weeks for them to be transferred to the Luhansk region, – added Нaidai.
The head of the Ministry of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov predicts that the Russian Federation may launch a new offensive around February 24.
In his opinion, the occupiers can try to attack in two directions – it can be Donbas or the South.
