Six Kinzhals at once: Ignat says that such a missile attack has never happened before

On the night of March 9, the Russian Federation launched a massive strike on Ukraine, launching a total of 81 missiles, including six Kh-47 Kinzhal air-based cruise missiles.
Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said on Channel 24 that he did not recall the Russian Federation using such a large number of hypersonic missiles.
– This was the first such attack, six Kinzhals in total were launched by the enemy, strategic and long-range aircraft were used, in particular MiG-31, etc., – he emphasized.
In the broadcast of the telethon, Ignat clarified that the Russian Federation had up to 50 of these missiles left.
According to him, our air defense has no means against the Kinzhals, S-300 and Kh-31.
– However, eight Kh-31P and Kh-59 guided missiles, with which the enemy tried to hit air defense equipment, did not reach their goals, – he added.
At the same time, Ignat says that the tactics of launching missile strikes have not changed. The enemy simply used a large range of weapons to distract the attention of air defense, from three seas at once – the Black, Azov and Caspian seas, as well as a large range of aircraft and ships.
The commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, previously reported that during a massive attack on the night of March 9, the Russian Federation fired 81 missiles of various bases and eight Shahed-136/131 attack drones over Ukraine.
According to him, out of 48 Kh-101/Kh-555, Kalibr cruise missiles, 34 cruise missiles were destroyed, as well as four Iranian drones.
