Updated at 11:57 am. As reported by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, law enforcement officers detained Daria Trepova on suspicion of being involved in the explosion in a St. Petersburg cafe. Investigative actions are carried out with her, the motives of the crime are established.
The issue of selecting a preventive measure for Trepova is also being resolved.
The day before, Russian Interfax, citing an informed source in Fontanka, reported that Trepova had been detained. She was also allegedly taken to the investigator (later it became known that the girl was still wanted).
The interlocutor of the agency noted that the investigation has reason to believe that Trepova brought to the cafe a box with Tatarsky’s bust, in which an explosive device was mounted. Previously, this girl was detained at rallies.
Fontanka also publishes a photo of the girl who probably gave the statuette to Tatarsky.
There is no official confirmation of this information.
We will remind that on April 2 there was an explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg, as a result of which many people were injured and the propagandist Vladlen Tatarsky was killed.
