It will happen unexpectedly: Reznikov told how the Ukrainians will know about the counteroffensive
Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that the counteroffensive of the Defense Forces of Ukraine should be a surprise for everyone. After all, it is important to keep the details of the counterattack a secret for as long as possible.
Reznikov said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Malyar called on Ukrainians not to ask or publicly discuss the future counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, because it could harm our soldiers.
However, Ukrainians are interested in when exactly the active counteroffensive will begin.
– I really hope that it will happen unexpectedly for you too. Because this is the meaning of the military operation – no one should know that it has started. The longer the enemy does not know, the more likely it will be successful, – says Oleksiy Reznikov.
It will be possible to understand whether a counterattack has begun with the help of various online resources such as Deep State, which are engaged in OSINT (intelligence based on open sources. – Ed.).
In addition, the soldiers of the Armed Forces have access to the Internet and social networks, so their reaction and desire to tell about new successes will not make them wait.
– Plus, our guys are socially and media active. Flying to the next liberated village, they immediately take selfies, short streams. And everyone understands everything, – emphasizes Minister Oleksiy Reznikov.
Earlier, the Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov stated that the expectations of the future counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are somewhat overheated in Ukrainian society. However, you should not overestimate your own expectations, so that later there is no disappointment.
